Our local waters include the West and East forks of the Carson and Walker Rivers, numerous lakes like Spooner, Indian Creek, Crater & Blue Lakes as well as trophy lakes like Heenan, and Pyramid Lake where giant cutthroat await... to hidden creeks and seldom visited high country lakes also found nearby.

Arlo has been fishing the Truckee River and Pyramid Lake religiously, since 1997. He grew up fishing the waters of his home state, Alaska, but has spent the last decade fly fishing the Eastern Sierras, primarily the Truckee River system. In 2004, Arlo turned his passion into a career, by becoming a fly fishing guide. Since then, he has made a great name for himself through his clients, lectures, articles, and dedication to the sport.
